Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Once your order is placed it can take up to 2 days to process before being posted.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Domestic shipping within Australia is free and delivery can take 3 to 5 business days.

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Upon delivery of your parcel, depending on the country it may be subject to duties and taxes, which the customer is required to pay. Desudo is not liable for these costs.

Estimated delivery for international shipping is 8 to 20 business days depending on the country. The correct estimate is shown at checkout once your address is added.

 

Returns

We currently only accept returns for an exchange.

All returns are at the customer's expense and can be delivered to:

We only accept return requests within 14 days of you receiving your order. All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed.
• All tags are still in place and attached.

For exchanges, please reach out to info@desudo.com.au to confirm we have your size available.

In the case of a faulty item, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to review of the item. Please email us with details of the fault and we can assess it from there.
